How many times did you go back and forth with her during the preliminary design process? I'm actually amazingly happy with them right now . . . but i had her change the original one i liked twice, and then i fell in love with the new one she made me, and just had her add our parents names . . . i was just wondering how many times you ladies went back and forth . . .

oh my gosh, that makes me feel sooo much better. I felt really bad, even though i changed it just a few times i was like OMG she hates me and shes going to burn my invites

i had a rush cut done and the whole process took about 3-3 1/2 weeks. i only changed one minor thing.

i think it was only twice, she really nailed it on the first time but just had a few minor changes. i then got my proof about 3 weeks later with paperwork, and now im on production list.

A decent amount of time. From start to finish I'd say its been a couple of months. I think I started with her maybe early November and my invitations are just now going into production.
Part of that is that we sat on the paperwork for almost a month (whoopssssssss my bad) so it could go quicker than that.
ETA: She and I have gone back and forth more times than I could possibly count hahaha.

Me too. I love the 4th one she sent. Which was similar to number 3 just a minor change. I am limited with time so I was happy I love one really quick. I hope It take me about 3 weeks.

this is kind of mean but i see all these people getting married in 2011 and getting their invites and im like OMGGGGG IM GETTING MARRIED IN 6 MONTHS, YOU HAVE A YEAR AND A HALF!!!! i LOVE the mock invite she made for me but I'm also impatient . . . I checked the preliminary design list like 3 times a day to see if i moved up . . .

She did two designs for me and I chose from one of them and was done. She got what I wanted on the first try.

same here. AND i had her make me a new mock up design AFTER I got my original proof and ended up using the original anyway just with different papers.
