When you ordered your invites did you have to upload the picture then and there?
i'm not taking my epics till Oct 14th so I won't get them until the end of the month. I want to use the coupon they have now though. Do you think that's possible?

I uploaded, cropped and approved my proof right when I ordered them. I think you can email them the image later though.

i think you should call them you can always chat with them too they are available and answer right away
