Girls who want personalized napkins
I decided I wanted to get some personalized napkins for cocktail hour and towels for the bathrooms. Initially I thought The Knot was the way to go because they were having a sale and the straight up price was cheaper. However when I saw the tax and shipping it was adding another 35 dollars to my order!!!
So I went to foryourparty.com and put the same items in my shopping cart. Even though the items themselves were more expensive, there was no tax (because they are in CT shipping to NY) and shipping was less than half of The Knot.
When all was said and done- I saved about 20 dollars by ordering from foryourparty.com
Moral of the story- when ordering online, just because the actual price of the product is cheaper it may not be the case when you include tax and shipping.
I am all about saving a buck if I can.
