Girls who went to Hawaii On there Honeymoon

Grand Wailea in Maui was AMAZING. Best pool.
The timing is important though- when we went, kids were in school. Otherwise, theres lots of kids around. That wouldn't ever bother me though.
Oahu- Turtle Bay on the North Shore- great area- fun to stay on the NS, hotel was a little dated, but the views were unbeatable- every room has an ocean view.

i didnt go there on my HM but i went to Oahu and stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and it is really one of the nicest hotels there IMO. Unless you stay at the Mandarin Oriental which is really beautiful but really pricey. We went to other hotels along the beach and were not really impressed. The hilton village has boutiques, resturants, and stores right in this huge village and alot of people come from other hotels to come there to eat and shop. Its only a 5 minute walk away from downtown Oahu and a 5min walk from a really huge shopping mall. Its obviously on the beach and has about three pools. It also has wandering animals within the resort so you see flamingos, parakeets, and little penguins...its unbeivable! FM me for more info. or photos.

We went to Oahu and stayed in the Sheraton Princess Kauilani. It was beautiful and we had a great experience there. It's in Waikiki but not beach-front, it's across the street tho and we had an Ocean View room.

We went to Kauai (stayed at the Marriott in Lihue) and Maui and stayed at the Hyatt. Both were wonderful, The grounds at the Hyatt are breathtaking.

That's exactly what we are doing for our honeymoon? How was the marriot in Kauai? I heard the Hyatt is nicer but we booked the marriot....please let me know. thanks!
