i went to sands point the other week, and I didn't really see anybody to talk to about getting epics there. I heard theres a fee, but who was I to talk to? I didn't even see anyone at the guard's window. Is there a time limit? Please help :D

There usually isn't a guard at the checkpoint. But there is an administrative office in one of the main buildings by the parking lot. We paid a fee and we had all the time we wanted to take photos anywhere we wanted.
