I have to give FMIL a revised list of guests for the RD (I had to cut some out - we were up to 47 and she freaked out a bit). But it hit me that she will be at the rehearsal, so do you have to invite the DOC to the RD? What did past brides do?

I think it's usually *not* included in the DOC package, but you can pay the extra to attend the RD and organize things.

oh no, i dont need her to organize things. i meant etiquette wise, do you send them an invite to attend the RD? or is that not necessary?

Oh okay! Etiquette wise, I don't think you need to. She may have another wedding that night anyway or it might be weird for her to go as a guest and then have people asking her questions about where they need to go/be when she's not charging for being there.

I actually think we will invite ours. We really hit it off with her, and I think it will be nice. Of course, it will be totally up to her if she wants to attend, but we will extend the invitation.
