did you count them in your final count? my band said they dont eat meals...

yes, even t hough they don't eat, your RH still wants you to pay for them. at least mine did. at least they were half price!

Good question! I was planning on paying for them....I'm meeting with my RH and my band next week so I'll make sure I ask them and I'll let you know!

We paid for them to eat, but they didn't count as part of the entire guests. We paid less for them to eat so therefore they don't count as part of the final number of guests.

My band said the same thing 'they don't eat' however I am going to ask my reception hall if they can eat at the cocktail hour for a reduced rate. The bandleader and owner is a good friend of my dad, and he wants to feed them.
