SO I called the Bakery to do a Cake taste testing and it was all set up and then I told her I have Celiacs and need the top teir to be Gluten-Free and she said she would call me back because she has never made anything Gluten-Free and haven't heard from her since. I'm a little nervous now LOL Should I call her back?
I would call back rather then just sitting there wondering....when did you last speak with her?

Yes I just called her and she said that she will have it for the day of the Wedding but I can't taste it first? I am so confused
