Girls with gloves.. how you handling the Ring and the first dance?
I finally bought gloves.. just below the elbow.
Dont know how to pull off the ring exchange and I think I want my gloves on for the first dance, do I put my rings on the outside?

hmm this is tricky..I actually have pic of my friend who left he gloves on. I didnt care for the look of the ring on the outside of the glove..I can FM you the pic since I wont post it here. And people who see the pics do mention it to me that it is 'different'. But its personal taste..some people may not even care.

For the ring exchange, keep them on the outside of the glove. After the ceremony, take off the glove, put on your rings, and then put the glove over them for first dance.

I had the pace cut a hole in the ring finger so when it came time for the ring exchange I slipped my finger thru the hole, it worked out really well, and I didnt have to fumble with taking the glove off or having to try and get the rings over the glove

Thonglori..that is a nice idea about the first dance I forgot about that part of the question.
Also my friend's gloves were really shiny and had silver flecks, her rings were yellow gold so maybe thats why it looked off.
I have been to weddings where the gloves left the fingers exposed..that way there was no problem.
