Girls with platinum e-rings...

Do you get your ring polished?? If so, where do you go? The platinum on my e-ring has very little scratches on the part of the band that is on the palm side of my hand. I know that platinum is easily polished so I'm hoping to polish it right before my wedding day. The jeweler FH purchased my ring from is in MA, so I can't go there. Just wondering if anyone knows of a reputable jeweler in the Nassau/Queens location where I could go to get my e-ring polished. Thanks!

Gross Jewlers in Garden City! We got our wedding bands there ... we do all our family diamond shopping there! Highly recommend. They clean mine everytime for no charge. But polishing you will want to make an appointment. HTH!

I have had mine polished cause I hate the scratches LoL! Any reputable jewler will do a great job! It will look brand new when they are done! Platinum is easily polished

That is so great!! FH was talking about this yesterday. I will need to resize my ring at some point next year and he was reading up about some laser technology that they recommend for platinum rings...do you happen to know if they do this service too?

I go to Gross Jewelers in Garden City as well to get it polished and have any maintenance done. They do an amazing job!

thanks for posting this... my ring has tons of scratches especially on the palm side and i didn't know that thye could easily be polished out

My ring is platinum, but luckily I don't have visible scratches. Now I know where to go when I do.

I am probably going to go to the jeweler in Manhattan where FH purchased my e-ring and my wedding band. I'm going to take it there the week of the wedding to get it polished.
