We went to the Ice Hotel for our honeymoon. AWESOME, but wrong season for your wedding since they don't re-build it until the late fall.

I was going to say african safari...a friend of ours went on a safari for his honeymoon and LOVED it!

you can also scale Mt. Everest if you're up for it.
