My advice to you is something that was told to me by a dear and old friend.....Before walking down the aisle, take a deep breath....Also, be sure to take some time to yourselves.....And enjoy your day because it goes so fast....Best wishes!!!

Take time to really look around and see what is happening. It goes so fast you and its so worth it. Dont worry about the little things most people wont notice anyway.
And Have the time of your life. !!

5-10 ft. rule -- on the big day no matter what, try to stay within 5-10 ft of each other during the reception. its very easy to wind up getting separated as you greet guests...don't do that! stay hand in hand when doing table greets and make sure that you or your FH stays around in case any particular pics or moments need to be captured!
this is especially important when guests are saying goodbye to you and such---so if someone coms to say bye--and your FH is talking with his buddies at the bar--no need to worry about trying to find the other!

Re: Give me one piece of advice!
when you wake up in the morning try to get an hour to be on your own just to breath and relax I did this the morning of I had my breakfast , coffee etc and just relaxed and watched tv and had a moment of my own time- it was the best thing ever also try to lay out everything the night before from the garter belt, to jewlery undergarments etc once you start getting ready time just flies and you want everything accessible I even packed my purse the night of with mints, pins, advil etc
when you are about to walk down the aisle say a prayer or two this helped me (my nerves were shot for other reasons) but it really made me feel at peace
roll with the punches enjoy and embrace your day! dont worry it will be a beautiful day for you!!!

Awe these are so helpful! Thank you! The one thing I plan on doing in the morning, is going for a nice jog!
While, I was running the Long Island Half Marathon a few months ago, I remember thinking on mile 10 (in my Gillian from Biggest Loser voice) THIS IS NOTHING!! YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED IN 2 MONTHS!! THAT IS A CHALLENGE! YOU CAN DO THIS!!
So I think a nice relaxing 2 mile jog will help put me at ease

I say, just take it all in.
Appreciate the day for what it is, because you will never repeat THIS day again.
Dance, laugh, eat, smile, hug and relax... don't stress.. just enjoy it!

i agree with all the other posts....definitely do whatever you can to take it all in and enjoy the day. there was a moment when everybody was eating dinner and i thought to myself....'look around the room and really be in this moment' and i did! the day goes so fast, just remember that all that matters is you and your FH! we focused solely on each other and had a great day because of it.
some practical stuff: make sure you bring tissues if you are likely to cry :) i was a crying mess, thankfully a friend had given me a hankerchief as my something borrowed
put somebody in charge of paying all your vendors and tipping them, but if you have limos make sure one person from each limo has the tip $.
make sure you eat something and drink water!
HAVE FUN!! you will have the best day!! congrats!!!!!!!!

I have not been married yet but all of our friends that have been consistantly tell us - make sure you tell everyone what you want (ie: attendants, rh).
