Almay makes a really nice tinted lip blam in a few different colors.

maybe a few band aids in case their feet hurt. Depending on how much you want to spend, you could also put in gift cards to Sephora - even if they are only $10 each.

I would stick in a nice heartfelt note--not a 'thank you' but maybe a funny or touching memory that I had of her.
But then again, I've been told I'm extremely cheesy.

Why don't you go to the dollar store for some, if not all, of the stuff. Get some gum or mints, small packs of tissues, cheap little compacts, lipgloss/chapstick, and see if they have any small little bottles of lotion.

How about going to a Costco for this stuff? You can stock up on make-up, tissues, etc.

I have this round colapseable hair brush with a mirror. That would be a good thing to put in it too. I got it at CVS. I think Conair makes it.

Yes they do. That's we're I got most of the stuff for my bathroom baskets. Are you on Long Island? I go to the one in Holbrook at the Sunvet Mall. They are everywhere though. Some things aren't good quality but other things are fine. Like a big thing of safety pins you can get for $1 but at CVS it would be like $3.

Great idea! You could try Mace's or there's one in Smothtown by Daffy's that I picked up a bunch of stuff for my bathroom baskets.

I had 8 girls too! I made an emergency kit for each one of them and put it in there bag of goodies. In there emergency bag was:
safety pins
gum
band aids
tissues
shout wipes
tic tacs
elastic ponytail holders
bobby pins
It turned out to be pretty cheap because they were things you can buy in a bulk package.

I live in the city and when I am on LI I am doing a million other things.. wanted to pass the site along to everyone here.
