Tara,

I would do whatever makes you feel comfortable. If you perfer your glasses, I would say wear them. If you want, you can try contacts now and see what you think. Then go from there and decide.

But if you like your glasses and are comfortable why change a good thing! lol

Just a thought. GL deciding!

The best advice I've received was from my aunt who is a very low-key person, but had her hair and makeup done for her wedding, as well as bought a big beautiful dress. She looks back on it now and really regrets those decisions, because they made her feel like someone else...and looking at the pictures, she feels the same. So she suggested that I not do anything too out of the normal...which is why I'm going to suggest you stick with your glasses!

I used to wear contacts all the time but they bother my eyes and I now wear my glasses everyday. For occasions I do put my contacts in and I feel more comfortable with the way I look when I wear them. I will wear contacts on my wedding day but I agree that you should go with what you are comfortable with. And contacts can take some getting used to, so if you go that route I would test them beforehand for a long period of time. Good luck!

Get contacts now and wear them until the wedding to get used to them. You can always switch back to glasses if you hate them and they aren't you.
I had to try several brands of contacts before I found the ones that were good for me.

2 week disposable are the most comfortable for me but I ended up getting one day disposable ones as they are the most convenient. It took getting used to the one day ones as well. I also had to try on a few different brands of one day disposables to get to the one that I am currently using.

You don't have to wear contacts if you hate them but at least now you have time to try them on.

In the last year I have had to start wearing glasses every day and I hate waering them. So I am thinking about going and getting contacts for the wedding.

I think the you should do whatever would make you feel most comfortable.

if you are going to try contacts, do it now so you can get used to it because you won't like them if you try it too close to the wedding....but you'll be beautiful no matter what!!!
