Glenmar Photography Help Please!

Did someone mention that Glenmar gives a special discount if you mention a name of a bride that used them or was that another vendor? Thanks!

Also, are they good or did anyone have problems with them?

I am using Glenmar in Roslyn, not to be confused w. the one in NJ. I dont know if they give a discount for mentioning other brides, they did ask where I was referred from and I told them that a family friend used them for her wedding. They did not have a pre-printed price list, just listened to what I wanted and gave me a written up pkg, so I dont know if the pricing was reduced b.c I was referred. Since they do not advertise, I would think that they rely heavily on recommendations. I have not worked w. them yet, but my cousins friend loved them, and I have contacted other brides that had good experiences. If you do a wedding channel.com search, there is a post about them too.

I booked Glenmar in Roslyn for my July 4, 2003 wedding. They are on the list of preferred vendors for The Woodbury Country Club.

They called right after I booked the hall and Barbara was so nice and informative over the phone, that I booked an appointment. I was pleased with their prices and ended up signing with them.

They only wanted a small deposit and nothing else until the day of the wedding and then the balance after you receive your proofs.
