NOPE especially since I was charged for both the disk AND for 'ALL' my pictures to be posted to the site.... or at least that's what they said on my voicemail..... which I still have BTW!
they charged me for my pics to be posted online, then ONLY posted pictures that they THOUGHT people would be most likely to purchase. So basically I paid for them to be able to try to make money off my guests. Only this back fired because I don't even know the guests they chose to put up pictures of.... and I'm NOT giving out that site to ANYONE. They aren't making MORE money off that.

Nope... sorry SOOO not the same. I wanted to disk to be able to make other photo albums with. NO ONE has nearly as good pics from the wedding as the professional pictures are.
I am getting my album from them. but I was going to get parent albums elsewhere AND make a scrapbook.
WHO CHARGES FOR A DISK AND THEN GIVES A LOW RESOLUTION DISK WITH ONLY 4x7 pics on it?? I'm paying for it. The crappy pictures on the website were larger than the ones I got on disk!!!

yup. but that's just as good as my low res disk. I mean it's not like I can blow up the paper proofs to make an album. I want high res disks where i can make an album from them. That's what I paid for.

Oh I CERTAINLY will. If it's not on the phone it will be in person.... and if it's in person.... it's going to be VERY LOUD.... just incase they have any appointments in session.

That's horrible. I wouldn't even call them on the phone, I would would go to their office in person and bring along my contract.

it's hard for me to get there. I work in the city during the week and they are on LI.
i did just write them a LOVELY message. I basically DEMANDED them to call me to let me know when my issues with them will be fixed!! I stated each issue and threatened to contact the BBB on them.
