Does anyone know where I can get a good gluten free cake? I would like to suprise my FH with a grooms cake for our wedding but he has celiac disease, and can't eat any wheat or gluten. Any info anyone has, please share! Thank you!!

if you google gluten free bakery long island alot of stuff comes up. i bet if you post something on the brides helping brides page, a bunch of brides that are closer to their wedding dates, will probably have some great recommendations.
Wild flour in Huntington might do one but they are very expensive for regular gluten free cakes so can only imagine .. What a grooms cake would cost! Good luck.
There's a Gluten Free Bakery on Merrick Road in Bellmore - not sure of the name, but def worth checking out!
