We are having 6 GM and they all live in different places, we're registered at Afterhours, which are all over
Do I send a letter to everyone with a copy of the list of stores??? what do I write in the letter?? thanks

Huh?? I'm sorry, I meant FI has his tux, and all of the gm's tux styles picked out, how do we let everyone know, where to go and what style to get??

I actually had my fh call everyone on thanksgiving ( which he does every year anyway) and let them know. Then the next time he saw them... right before xmas he gave them cards to the tux shop ( its a little different for me since they are all going to the same place all they have to give is their name)
Maybe send them a little letter and ask them to call you or your fi when they have made the appt. to go. Then you can call in advance and let the shop know they are coming in and exactly what style you need. ( Just incase he forgets or messes up or whatever)

Crystal, are you picking them all up together out in LI ro are they all getting theirs at their specific place? If they are all going to get them together in LI, have FH give them a call, give them the info to get their measurements, etc...

sure - you can send out a letter to everyone. that's what we're going to end up doing beause 3 out of 6 gusy are out of state - I'm also posting the info on our website

Yea, lots of our groomsmen are out of state too - I'm all about the letter idea.
