This may sound really stupid but I can't figure out how to delete a message!!! Can somebody please help! Thanks

yeah I always ahve to figure this one out, it's not very intuitive. you check the box to left of the message you go up to the drop down menu that says 'more actions' and you choose 'move to trash' Hope that helped

while not a stupid question, it is tricky...however, the irony of this is they dont want u to delete messages (thus why its hard to do it)
i used gmail almost 6 mths and and only have 4% full.......

I wish they would just put a button at the top of the toolbar. It is a pain to have to use a drop down menu to delete.
Other than that one minor inconvenience, I really like gmail.

B/c one of the perks of having gmail is that it can hold 1 gig of messages - so you never have to delete any.

Oh... For me I was glad to be able to send and recieve bigger files! But I would still delete the junk...
