I started off the day with my basement flooding from the rain. NOT fun!

and denise that's so awful what a gross way to start the day

i dragged my buttox to the gym this morning....why is it the day i always decide to 'go back' to the gym it's always pouring? must be god telling me not to go...hmmm...

Stayed home from work today because my grandfather had to have emergency surgery last night... Didn't go into the OR till midnight and I didn't sleep well because I was worrying.... still have to go in tonight for conferences though... I will go visit in the afternoon- sounds like he is doing okay. What a week!

I had to bump this - I wasnt around today and I can never miss a GMB thread! I took the day off and went to 3 doctors today.....hope you all had a great day!
