Is anyone else taking these? Are they any good? If so , do you take 2 a day? I don't want to overload on vitamins!

I take them. They don't hurt my stomach. I take the 2 pills like they say on the bottle. Don't know if anything I wrote helped...sorry!

Demetra ... these are a really good alternative to a Rx. My gf took them before she was able to see the dr for her first appt. Just follow the instructions on the label.
Also ... a hint ... (sorry if this is TMI) .. when you do see the dr, you may want to get a Rx for prenatals with a stool softener. Constipation is a very common complaint & this is a good way to help!

Hi Christine!! Thanks for the info. That's exactly what I need - something to take until I see my doctor in a couple of weeks.
It's funny, except for wanting to sleep a lot, I feel so normal it's hard to believe I'm pregnant! But I am definitely not complaining!!

I continued to take the GNC brand even after seeing my midwife. I brought the bottle to the visit and she said they are a very good combo. On a TMI note: I use the ones without iron so that I don't have 'problems'
