Goals of the Week

This is your personal goal(s) of the week to make you a better bride. They do not have to be weight loss related, just any goals that will help you achieve in area that you are struggling.

My goal(s) for the week are:

1. To lose 5 lbs by next Sunday, July 26, 2008
2. To better organize my home, I make it a goal to straighten the rooms in my house once a week.
3. To drink 8 8 oz glasses of water today.

To accomplish these goals I will:

1. Keep a food journal to track water and food intake. I will be forwarding that journal to HallsLady so that I am accountable to someone other than myself.
2. sign up for WW online
3. Put things back in their place once I'm done with them...

If anyone would like any assistance or support from me via IM, email or FM please do not hesitate to ask.

Re: Goals of the Week

I just have to say, we have a really great group of ladies here on the 2010 board!

My goal(s) for the week are to:
1. Lose 4.0 pounds by next Sunday
2. Drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day. (It's an odd amount I know, but I use the huge Poland Spring bottle as a measurement.)
3. Get off the subway a few stops earlier in the morning and walk to the rest to work or go for a walk during my lunch break
4. Create or find a collage with my color scheme
5. Go over my guest list with Fh.
6. Go jogging with Fh at least 3 times a week

To accomplish these goals, I will:
1. Raise my activity level
2. Not chase Mr. Softee
3. Plan my eating so that I don't end up eating fast food or snacking mindlessly.
4. Reach out to Joanne whenever I feel as though I need support and keep her up-to-date when I have successfully completed a goal for the day.

Please feel free to FM me whenever you want as I get alerted via email! If you FM me, I will give you my AOL Screename, email address and phone number so that you can contact me WHENEVER you need support or if you're just bored and want to talk about anything!

Re: Goals of the Week

My goals for this week are to:
-go to the gym at least 3x for at least 45min.
-get over my excuses for not going to the gym because i don't want to sweat out my hair. (pathetic, i know).
-cut down on my caffine intake
-pay my credit card bills
-get on a point system for WW (my mom has the book)
-start a weight loss journal
-control the negative thoughts towards my body image (i can't believe i just typed that, i must really love you ladies)

To accomplish this I'm going to:
-really make an effort to go to the gym and just wrap my hair up
-limit myself to either 1 cup of tea or coffee a day
-keep in touch with my weight loss buddy and help to encourage them as well
-give myself compliments throughout the day and focus on my better qualities.

Edited because i thought we were all doing buddy systems through FM. I'm a bit slow at times so don't mind me!
