I called the dr office asking if there is anything I cn do or not do to keep this pregnancy 'safe' and they called back saying if I want to come do bloodwork to check my beta, I can.
It's a good idea, if only to keep your anxiety levels down. Because I got pregnant so quickly after my miscarriage, my doctors had me come in once a week for the first 6 weeks or so just to get my blood drawn. Doctor appointment once a month, and because my doctors knew how anxious I was, they ordered two ultrasounds in the first trimester... I'm SO glad they were so cautious because it turns out that at my first blood draw it appeared that my progesterone levels were a little low, so they put me on supplements right away...
