Going INSANE
FH has become OBSESSED with apartment hunting, and he's getting discouraged that we haven't found one yet. Right now he pretty much lives in the guest room of my parent's house (where I am currently living). But he is driving me NUTS! I don't know what to do. I'm so frustrated because HE'S frustrated and I'm so relaxed about it.
Everywhere we've looked has had a problem, or we call and it says it's in one town when it's actually in another (i.e. one listing said West Babylon, the address was actually in Wyandanch). We're looking for a 1 BR and having so many problems with it. Also, our friends have an AMAZING 1 BR apartment in the basement of our friend's father's house, and I feel like FH is making that the standard. There is NO WAY we will find an apartment like theirs, his father is a doctor and they are paying under 1K in rent!
