hi everyone i have a reception question, i have a 140 min. and i am hoping to stay within this # ,,,,,,,,lets say i do :) ....now on the day of the reception what do i do if exta people show up ....someone comes from out of town...someone gets a date/.....etc when do i adjust the price ...does the hall count the # of people to make sure ..?

They do count but it's ok to go over the min. You just need to pay for at least 140 people. If 130 people come, you still pay for 140 people. If 150 come, you pay for 150. You don't think you'll know the # before the day of the reception?
