Do they do 1 wedding at a time or multiple orders on the same day? Ask about where the flowers come from. I would look around and check out their inventory. Keep in mind pricing. and seasons. if you want Peonies or spring flowers in June or July, it may be possible, but at what cost? Get the breakdown of what each item cost. Keep in mind that a high centerpiece is more money than a low centerpiece.
I would go online and search for a lot of flowers that you love. My florist went through and noticed an overall theme.
If you have BM dress colors picked out, then maybe bring those. My florist also asked about my dress, so a picture could be helpful when it comes to looking at bouquets for the bride.

bring pictures if you have any, and also know your colors! My advice (which i did not do) is ask about seeing a sample CP before you book I booked first (but also am at a venue where i had to use a house florist so i didnt have many options) and i am first going to see my CP in june. I am not too worried bc i can always change it up, but this may help you with pricing it out...if they make something you like and you think the price is high, take a pic and show it to another florist
