Going to a wedding at Mohonk Mountain House this Saturday!

it's one of my BM's getting married (the doctor who had to get married within 3 months according to her religion... outdoor ceremony... I'll take pics).

Anyone ever go to a wedding there before?

One of the most gorgeous places around!

I never went to a wedding there, but almost worked there when I lived up there years ago.

we're staying at a Marriott NEAR there! WAAAAY too expensive to stay IN the Mohonk Mountain House! ($400-$700/night!!!)

That was one of mine and my FH's first dates... he brought me there to 'climb' the mountai. We ended up 'walking' the trail because my new Timberland's were too slippery in the rain! He still makes fun of me to this day!

It's a gorgeous location. I went in the winter and we had a fabulous time -- the food is excellent. Enjoy! and bring back pics!!

omg! that's outrageous! you can go on a week long caribbean cruise for that kinda price! :P

even with the 3 meals a day that's WAY too much!

My husband and I actually stayed there the weekend after we got engaged. It is very beautiful there!!! Very peaceful and relaxing.

I've always wanted to go there! One of my BM's went to school up there and only had wonderful things to say about how beautiful it is. Have a blast!!!
