My cousin is getting married at The Watermill tonight!!! The bride's dad owns the place so it should be quite interesting!!! We're excited!

I wonder why they chose to have it on a Thursday since the dad owns it... To answer my own question im thinking so they can have the whole place to themselves. It should be fantastic.. Its going to be like 70 degrees today. Have fun, take lots of pictures, they probably spared no expense.

I actually know the reason for this LOL! Apparently, they chose a Thursday so he could borrow wait staff from the other Scotto Brothers catering facilities on the island - I guess on a Thursday night they could spare more than on a regular weekend. Should be awesome!

The weather is awesome. I grew up in Smithtown and looked at the Watermill. The food is supposed to be great and it looks awesome after all the renovations. Enjoy!!!
