Does anyone know if they are flexible with the pricing?

Phil has everything written in the contact. If this is your first time going to see him, he has a little list of questions and puts Bellarinos answers in one column and then you can make notes of other companies in the other column. Here are the questions and Bellarinos answers.

Do they use broadcast cameras or consumer camcorders?
Bellarino uses 3 Chip Digital professional broadcast cameras.

Are they completely portable?
Bellarino is completely portable, we shoot ENG style (Electronic News Gathering). The same way network news teams operate. We are there where the action is.

Do they use wireless microphones for your ceremony?
Bellarino uses wireless microphones to obtain your vows.

Are they strictly a video production company or do they specialize in something else while offering video?
Bellarino Productions Inc. is a video production company.

Who will you be seeing during your demonstration and contracting?
The owner.

Who is shooting the affair (ie. hired labor, subcontracted crew, etc.)?
The owner.

Who is editing your affair (the post-production?
The owner is editing your affair in our state of the art editing facility.

Who presents you with your finished product?
The owner presents you with your finished product while viewing it with you.

Is their equipment available for you to view at demonstration (ie. cameras, wireless mic's editing system, etc.)?
Since Bellarino is a video production company this equipment is available for your viewing and any inquires you may have.

Are they a fully insured company?
Yes, Bellarino is fully insured.

Does the video company have to leave my affair and go to another affair?
No, Bellarino schedules only one affair a day. At Bellarino we give you our undivided attention.

I just found out this past weekend at my brother's graduation party, that his good friend's uncle runs Bellarino. I have to call them too. I am hoping they will be a bit flexible for me. I only want a very basic video. No special effects or extras.

Bellarino is awesome!! Phil is one of my favorite vendors. He loves his work and you can tell its such a passion to him. Not just about the money. We booked sometime in November or December of last year.
