Going to CT today to see 1 of the lab rescues
he is w/ the trainer right now because he has some protective tendencies (barks when strangers come to the house - is that SO bad?) and the foster wasn't keeping up w/ the training.
trainer said he has only had him for 1 day but he is a great and very intelligent dog. he knows exactly when he is doing something he isn't supposed to be doing and does it only to get attention. as soon as he is reprimanded, he stops the behavior. he is VERY friendly and gets along great w/ his dogs.
we don't plan on taking him home today just want to meet him. wish us luck.
ETA: i asked why he is chained in all of the pics as they have concluded that he was left outside chained for most of his life and they said they only chain him for pics.
