Going to have a nervous breakdown....

First off, I am getting married in 10 days!!!!!

Second, I still do not have favors. I don't know what the F my problem is. I should have gotten them by now.

Third, I tallied up the few small things we are paying for and holy shiz, the numbers creeped up on us. Why are weddings effing ridiculous in price. And one of our vendors decided to charge tax at the last minute. Seriously, as if they are not getting enough!

Fourth, I still have to do tables, place cards, and probably a bunch of other crap that I can't think of right this moment.

I hate working while planning a wedding. I was cool for so long but right now, I am feeling the pressure!

ETA: I still have to finish my shower thank you cards!!!!!!!!

Can you take a day off this week, if for nothing else but to sleep in and re-charge?

Everything will get done! You are so super-organized, it will be PERFECT, don't worry!

Don't worry - you will get it all done. I have a ton left also and I am just trying to make goals for myself for each day.

Do you have an idea of what you want for favors? maybe. We can offer some help, price comparison, etc.

Thats how I feel right now too! BUT you are getting married soon and you need help. Can you call in your BMs to help or Moms? Friends?
Would you consider doing a donation for a favor?

Can you put peole in charge of a job so you dont have to worry about it? Good luck!!

It will get done, dont stress. Here's a website that had cheap favors. My mom ordered coasters for my shower and she said they were there in less than one week. You can call and tell them you need them asap.

I also need to build the out of towner bags up...which i have been putting off like crazy!
After so many crazy incidents... like my moms dress being ruined, and my FH getting chicken pox... im DONE!

As for out of towner bags, I don't think I am going to do them. I only have one couple staying at the hotel we blocked. The rest of my out of towners picked their own places to stay at so I am not going to chase them and place bags in hotels that are all over the Island. Maybe I'll just make one bag and leave it for them. What are you putting in your out of towner bags?

FECK is right. Programs are haunting me. If I was smart enough to know how to do them on my own I would LOL. I cant figure out how to print them!!!
In out of towner bags im doing waters, excedrin, make up remover, cookies, mints, personalized match books, maybe some crackers... also information on the shuttle bus pick up and drop off times.

i would print up cards with the programs and just make a donation instead of favors.. make a donation online somewhere

recruit some workers to help out .. you would be surprise how many helpers you can find in a bind!

Honestly I would take a sick/mental health day from work adn get alot of that stuff done.

Did you already order the favors and they havent come yet?

I wouldnt worry....it will all get done. Just take deep breaths and consintrate on one thing at a time. Thats what I do and it all falls into place.

I'm so sorry you are going thru this. Is there any way you can take a day off to do some of these things? Favorfavor.com has great favors and they ship super quick with regular shipping so with express it would be even faster.

and things that you dont personally have to do can you delegate?? a mom or sister, friend?

Michelle I know how you feel. Over the wknd we payed off the florist, and the DJ. On Wednesday am paying off my dress and Thursday am paying off the RH. and I also haven't done my favors. I am so stressed out too about the price and time frame, but next wk Friday will be our day and this will be all worth it.

I totally understand. That last twpo weeks seemed liek so much to do. But dont freak. U need to get it done. So put your head down & plow through. It will all work out. But the favors. I highly suggest getting on because you need shipping time. Goo dluck & remember what will be will be.

sounds familiar, but somehow its crazy how it gets done.

Favors, go somewhere where they will have everything available then and there.

How about bottles of wine, a liquor store can get enough bottles for you within 2 days, this way packaging favors won't be bad either. You can get organza bags and ribbon or even just ribbon will work, for eparty i got the wine bottles week of party, i also did cupcakes with it. This will be easy too bc again a bakery can have it for you in about 2-3 days.

For wedding i went to crate and barrel and bought sets of martini glasses for everyone, great price too.

I know how crazy it can be, i had to wrap all my favors just 2 hours before RD, thats the only time i had to do it, and i worked like a maniac to get it done and had to do about 150-200 favors and package them. I had just 30 mins i think to shower and leave my house to head to rd lol.

Programs-if you have a lot on your plate, have a printing company do it for you. For my menu's i had my doc make them bc i ran out of time week of.

placecards-i did the day before my wedding and was doing them even in the evening since i was out all day doing stuff, and went to RH at 10pm to drop them off lol

Dont forget to ask ppl for help.
