After many months of planning and waiting, FH and I are finally going away together. WE have been away on long weekends but not a real vacation. We will be at a polular honeymoon spot - Secrets Capri Riviera Maya - Playa de Carmen which I believe is a bit south of Cancun.
I am very excited yet apprehensive because, as you all know, my father is still in hospice care in the hospital and continues to live day to day. You (all LIW brides) have all helped me to realize that I should enjoy my trip because he would have wanted me to go. My family was instructed NOT to call me unless something happens. I will call them if I can or e-mail if I have net access to have some sort of contact. Please help me pray that Dad stays strong enough to live so I can see him again when I get back.
I will review the trip with pics for future honeymooners when I get back!

Enjoy your time away with your FH! I know it is going to be hard to not worry about dad, but remember he is in the best care possible!

Have a great time & drink a Dos Equis XX for me!!! I love mexico.. I went to Cancun a few years back & had a blast.
Im sure your dad will be fine, and would want to see you have a good time... try not to worry too much.

We'll all be here thinking about your dad, don't worry about a thing!! He's in our thoughts so you can just relax and enjoy your vacation!!!
