have fun! i brought a notebook to my tasting lol...bring a pen so you can remember what you ate and what you liked from it. perhaps a camera to take pictures?

i just wore what i wore to work. nothing fancy. i would bring a pen to jot down what you liked and what you didn't like for the foods and perhaps bring a camera if you want to take pictures of the items.
be sure to ask about the cake designs - they have two books to show you or bring your own designs to see if they will be able to do that.
also make sure dont eat a heavy lunch...you'll be stuffed!
