Going to see the Deacon tonight

I'm so excited!!!

Is there anything specific I should ask or remember?? I'm having a full catholic mass.

When we met with the Pastor the first time, he gave us all the information regarding pre-Cana, FOCCUS, what is/is not allowed during the ceremony, the fee, what documents you need to get to them before the wedding, etc. Hopefully your Deacon will do the same. Most of the specifics won't be ironed out until later on.
This is also when they start a folder of all your info, they get your background-where you received your sacraments and then he will ask you both questions to make sure you are not entering into the marriage under duress.
I was nervous, but it was not bad. I just sat there thinking, OMG, this is really happening!
