Going to SS & DMV this morn for the official name change!

Wish me luck! I am praying I don't get stuck at either office for a long time - I wanna make it in to work at some point!!!

Oh I just did this last month! I didnt get to SS yet though. Do you know where I would have to go and what i would need to bring for the new ss card? Thanks!

I know the SS office by me is in Patchogue so that is where I am going. I am just bringing the mariage license and my own ID and hope thats enough! I assume they'll have all the paperwork there that I need to fill out.

you'll need form SS-5, they will have it there or you can get it from the Social Security Administration website and print it out

i did this a few weeks ago, i already got my new ss card and my new license (HORRIBLE picture) i'm not pleased

Oh I know where that is. I live in Patchogue its literally five minutes away! Duh! LOL
