Going to start calling Hotels!!!

I'm going to start calling hotels now....i HATE HATE HATE talking on the phone, but barely any of them are answering my emails!

Below is a list of who i'm calling (for any other brides that need hotels around the Sand Castle).
Big important things on my list, other than price of course, is and on-site bar that will stay open late, breakfast in the morning and shuttle bus.
The only deal breaker is the bar, it MUST be present and able to stay open until 3-4am. The breakfast is a super plus and I really want it. And the shuttle would be nice, but i can deal without it.

Any other questions i should ask?

I am looking to go to Viviana too, it looks so nice!! let me know how it goes, they told me they cant do anything for me so early only hotel blocks. but i only need a few rooms so ill have to wait

We had an appointment to tour the Viana on a Saturday that I had made a few weeks in advance. When we got there, the girl we met with said she had no idea we were coming and could show us the guest rooms, but not the jacuzzi suites (and that's what we really wanted to see!)She said we could stop in another day to see them since we lived not too far away, but that was hardly the point.

She apologized a number of times and said that someone would call us with rates (etc) that Monday. It has been over 3 weeks and no one has called.

you should go meet with them, well at least after you get an idea of the best priced ones.

I spoke to Kim at the Viana (via phone) and she was awesome and gave me the rates right then and there.
I will probably go and look at the hotels before I book...never even thought of it!!!

Breakfast in the morning is nice too, but not a MUST HAVE.

I google mapped it and its a little too far for us....plus our wedding is until midnight so we would need th ebar to be open late.
