Going to the p o o n doctor and the gym

Yea its crude of me saying it that way so for you people who object.. GYNO doctor. I skipped last year and after a friend passing away last year the guilt and pain of her death hit me and I figured I shouldn't wait another year till I have health insurance. Well wish me luck and hopefully the doctor will be gentle to me and i don't spit out that thingy he tries to put in me all the time.

Funny story i clenched and spit the thingy he uses to pry you open and hit him in the face IoI

Anyway hitting up micheals i think and the gym then be back to post useful stuff.

I know I need to go to that doctor. I had a not so good experience the 1st time. I am waiting until after the wedding. I have learned to find a really good doctor and not to go to Planned Parenthood.
