Re: Going to Washington DC...any site seeing suggestions??
Hello, a D.C. bride here....
There are tons of places you can go see which I bet you already know about - the White House, Smithsonian, etc.
But I would suggest The International Spy Museum. It's kind of cool, and also has a fancy restaurant attached to it if you feel like going out for a nice dinner. It's brand-new so it's pretty popular. Your best bet is to buy tickets in advance so you don't have to wait online. I have fond memories of this place - it's where FH proposed to me!
Old Town Alexandria is a cool little town to visit and is only a few metro stops away from D.C. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a waterfront area to walk along.
Let me know what your interests are and I can try to suggest other stuff.

As far as museums go I thought the air and space museum and holocaust museum are worth going to.
Old Georgetown is nice too.
Have Fun!
