I Love Love Love that place; going to meet with a BM again (went during the summer) Should i be looking out for anything specific; or ask any particular questions??

Great venue!! i was originially booked there.. you cant go wrong with WM!!
try and see if you can get anything thrown in ... make sure the payment schedule is realistic for you and FH ... what room are you look at? anyhow, make sure you lower the price as much as you can... dont take the 1st price they throw at you.. or try and get as much as you can for your buck... there is soo much food on their menu... and they throw great weddings!!

Thanks for the suggestions-i'll definetely try to see the lowest they can go.
I've been e-mailing w/Felicia for the last few weeks; but she e-mailed me the other night that she was going to be out of the office for 3 weeks...so i'm meeting w/Natasha-i like her too-i met with her back in the summer.

Natasha's all kind sof awesome. I wanted to book there but the time and the size of the room available for our party just wasn't going to work with church. The grounds and outdoor CH were exactly what I wanted though. ::sigh::
The questions I had that never got answered were about the bridal suite and the bathrooms... wehre they are, how many and who has access.

She showed me the Bridal Suite; i'm almost certain it had it's own bathroom.

no-unfortunately our guest list has rose; and we'd require their Garden Room; and it's an extra $15pp and that's just pushing our budget higher than we already want. I literally got back in the car and started crying. I met w/Jerry he took a little off the price; but it's still more than what we're comfortable with. And as much as i love the WM; i just can't fathom spending too much more.

But i wanted to add that the Hill room has it's own bathroom (but it's only 1 stall) and the Garden room has a bathroom downstairs (it had like 5 stalls); but from the way it looks; the Garden room & the Manor room share it. I was so upset that i forgot to ask that question just kind of popped my head in and kept moving. Sorry
But when i commented on the Hill Room only having that one stall; he said that the guests can come down and use the bathroom on the 1st floor so it make me think all their restrooms are shared...don't know if that's common for most places?

I also want to add-i know most people say that 20% of guests don't come...we've cut our guest list down; tried to make it even lower to fit the Hill Room but it just wasn't doable. Now we're at 105 exactly and that's all close family members and friends (for both of us) i don't know if we'll really have that 20% no show apply to us since everyone we're inviting are very close. We have a few OOT friends that MIGHT not come; but they will most likely try-i'd guess maybe more like 5-6% won't come! LOL! So i can't even count on having less people (as much as i hope we could)
