going veil shopping today at Barron's at Tri-County(update at bottom)

with FMIL.
I found that getting a veil I like is harder than the damn dress!!!!!

I went on Thursday with Alyssa (Alyssa79) and Jessica (Sora777) and found one I liked, but I don't know if it matches my dress... and I forgot a picture!

Great experience!!!
Yana (part owner I think) was very patient with me.
I bought pics of dress with me and FMIL knows my dress (at both fittings).
I thought I wanted finger tip. I tried on soo many and Yana was soo patient. I made FMIL try on some to see back.
None of them were doing it for me.
So I saw one hanging and she said oh it's two tier.
I tried it on and me and FMIL looked at each other and said 'that's it'.

So now I am wearing a dress and a style veil I never thought I'd like.

The great part is I got good price AND FMIL bought it for me!!!!

You have to order it so give yourself two months leeway.

Two tips:
If you are wearing ivory, find out if it's LIGHT ivory (my salon told me ) or reg Ivory.
Try different styles! You never know!

I was there on Thursday too! I brought pictures but they didn't have the v shape I wanted. They quoted my friend $145, which I thought was alot. The veil I wanted from Lillette's was $150, so I think I will just go there. They said they would have to make mine and I feel more comfortable buying something I've seen and tried on already.
