Anyone a member at Bev Francis Gold's Gym in Syosset? I'm looking for a workout buddy for a few days a week. I usually get there by 7:00. I find this gym to be very intimidating and i'm a little insecure doing the weights since i am a little clueless.

Do feel intimidated by that gym, there is no reason! I went there for two years before I got married, and it is still my favorite gym! It is inspiring! Arnold goes there when he is in town, well, he used to, because he is friends with Bev.
anyway, I wish I was abole to go there now, but I live to far away.
You should never feel intimidated! Ask for a personal trainer for a day or two to get familiar with the gym.
