Does anyone know where you can get a nice cake for a shower that tastes really good and it's so pricey? Thanks!
Edited to say preferably in Nassau County!

Front Street Bakery in Rockville Centre is the best. The cakes are a bit pricey though. Have you thought about Price Club? Their sheet cakes are awesome, very fresh and I think they are about $15!!!

Re: Good bakeries?
I live in the city so can't recommend any good ones ont he island but like Kelly said the sheet cakes at Price Club are great. I was the MOH for a friend and when I threw her bridal shower I asked one of the other bridesmaids to order a cake and she came with one form the Price CLub. I thought it was sort of weird at first but everyone absolutely loved it. Everyone kept asking which bakery it came from.

I don't think you're nuts- we had a Costco cake for our E-party and it was delicious! I was just looking for another bakery if we decide not to use Costco. Thanks for your suggestions!!

How about Dortoni's in Levittown, or Erga in Bethpage.
