Good haircut near St. James/Flowerfield?

Hi Ladies,

My mom is coming from out of town to go to the wedding and her hair person is being a jerk about making time to do her hair. So my question is, can you recommend someone to cut and color hair near St. James, NY? (15-20 minutes outside of Port Jeff)

Has anyone ever heard of Tru salon?
