Having the girls over Saturday and want to make a holiday drink, alcoholic preferably. Anyone have any ideas?

Standard Hot Chocolate and Peppermint Schnapps, I love it. And, of course, the oldie but goodie Egg Nog with Rum. Lots of Rum.

I saw a really cute idea on queer eye (hehehe) they froze orange juice in an ice cube tray...and then made drinks with the frozen orange cubes, pomegranite juice and selzer (non-alcoholic) but you could do it with vodka and cranberry (like a madras with frozen orange cubes)....the juice cubes looked really cute in the ice bucket.....also, I've seen people freeze fruit in thier ice cubes (like lemon and lime slices) to go with gin and tonics.....

we enjoy the Blizzard. We had gotten the recipe from the site Mixed-drinks.com we have tried several of the drinks. We like this one especially when the snow is out, very festive for us.
1 oz Brandy 1 oz Irish Cream 1 oz Coffee Liqueur 1 oz Light Rum 2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream 1 oz Light Cream Blend until smooth and creamy. Dust the top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
