Good Low Carb Cookbooks

I'm trying this new diet and I don't want to be committed to salads, water, and yogurt. Does anyone know of any good Low Carb Cookbooks that would also keep my FH happy?

No, I am on South Beach and I cook out of the summer book and the normal one. I have 3 kids and they will eat it all. It's a lot of protein and vegetables. With the kids, I will make them a starch on the side if it is a lighter meal.

Thanks! I'm looking on Amazon now actually. I need to get down to 115lb before the wedding. I'm about 165lb right now. I don't know if I can do it, but we'll see.

You can totally do it. I started South Beach in September and have lost 35 pounds.

How often do you go to the gym?

Haha...2 maybe 3 times a week. I wish it was more but I am teaching a ton of extra classes and I'm just too stretched for time.

I haven't been going at all. I've been a bit down the past few months and I haven't found the motivation to leave the house except for work. I'm going to try again tomorrow morning, but we'll see if I actually make it there. I just look at myself in the mirror and think, 'What's the use?'

we can't work out together but we can 'make' each other go over the phone. We can trade #'s and call and nag the other one to go to the gym.
