Thank you all, OMG closing took what seemed like forever, we were there for 2 1/2 hours signing papers, but now we are homeowners and FH can start the renovations. First up is the kitchen

FH is going to start doing the renovations in the next couple of weeks, most of it he is doing himself-with the help of his friends. Once the main renovations are done-the kitchen, master bedroom, knocking wall down between living room/dining room-we will both be moving in.FH is hoping that this won't take too long.
