Im so sorry. I wish I had some good advice for you! All I know is that when I needed my Birth Certificate, I went into the city and got it. I was born in the city though.

Ugh,... working! Will be home sometime around 7! Then mayeb to a friends house to hang out. If not then staying in and getting cozy on my couch with the ONLY kinda of wine I like (usually I HATE wine!). Oh and through it all i will be thinking about all the STD's I need to be making! AHHH time is running out on them!
