Good morning! Thank you all who had kind words when I was freaking yesterday.
So, I got a ride home from work, and just as I got home, so did FH. He was being super nice and I took advantage of that time to talk things out with him.
Ali - I used your examples (hindu wedding, shower) and it worked regarding the concept of family.
He also apologized, and said that he was mad bc 1) I yelled (I know) and 2) He was with his family, so why was I calling and freaking?
Like some of you said, he was dealing with a death in the family, and didn't react normally.
Anyways, I was ranting about how come we had an agreement and he didn't call. He felt he didn't have to bc he as with his family. Regardless, he has said he will now do so, no matter who he is with. we;ll see. And I screamed at him about not marrying me. He was like :what are you talking about? I was just angry'. I told him if ever threatens me with that again, it won't be a threat. I'll leave. He got pretty upset at that and I think finally realized what he had put me through all day long.
I went with him to his aunt's house at night, and everything was fine.
This morning I drove him to work and we're good. He was just taking out his sh!t on me, and god knows, I've def done the same. His word choice was just really very poor![]()

On a side note - the big prayer ceremony is on the same date as my bridal shower. murphy's law, right?!?!
