good news!!!
So the other day, i posted that I wasn't getting STAR exemption over the summer....turns out it was a mix-up becuse the management company changed hands, and in the transition, somehow, the start of the 12-month STAR cycle got pushed back a month.....
whatever the case....we'll only have to go one month without the exemption, and then it's back into effect in September!!!! And, the board is being very understnading to anyone who has trouble paying the extra money this month, because they know most of us weren't expecting to have to pay extra!
