my boyfriend (whose name will stay OUT of this due to stalkers/lurkers)... got into SUNY Old Westbury and into the the elementary education program!!! I'm very happy for him! YAY!
ETA: as i'm writing this, i just realized that hes gonna be surrounded by young chicks all the time and now im not so happy about it. :(

Dont worry about that... My FH teaches highschool and is surrounded by young chicks all day long.. you get over it quickly!!!

riss, im takin an education course and there is 1 guy in it surrounded by 30 girls LOL its funny, but no1 pays him any mind really... they become the butt of the class jokes...same thign throughout my psych career, no guys but like 1 or 2...
